Question by Jack S: How many people have had a dog that had Parvo ? What age and did they survive with Vet care ?
My dog is 10 months old and has had all his shots but is still showing all the symptams of Parvo and is very sick. How long did your dog take to recover ? If you are a Vet-tech or know a vet please het back to me asap. Thanks
Thanks for your responsises so far. He was fine Sat afternoon, Sun morn early he could not stand up. I took him to the Vet imediatly and she Xrayed him and started IV’s. He has been there now 3 days and she thinks he is getting better. I just wanted to know how long it took other peoples dog’s to stay in the hospital or make a full recovery. And the treatment used. Thanks again.

wow that’s bad you can’t depend on us to save your dog. Where do you stay about that would help because there are people from all over the world that’s on yahoo answers. one of my customers had a dog that got parvo but it did not survive but he had had it for too long and help had came to late,but that doesn’t mean your dog can’t survive because he’s young my customers dog was 7.
